New York – A new study, reported in the journal Science, shows if one restricts one’s intake of calories and eat food at the right time, one lives longer and healthier life. Eat during active day time which extended the lifespan of mice on a reduced-calorie diet, said Joseph Takahashi, an investigator at the Institute.
