WASHINGTON-Wyoming has become the first US state that has outlawed the use of abortion pills. Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon appealed to legislators to propose a total ban on abortion, and that it should be added to the state constitution. He also asked them to put it before voters for approval. His statement came after he signed the ban on abortion pills.
