Investing $54m to bring high-speed internet to over 20,000 homes

Ontario – Helena Jaczek, Minister of Public Service and Procurement, on behalf of Gudie Hutchings, Minister of Rural Economic Development, together with Paul Calandra, Member of Provincial Parliament for Markham–Stouffville, on behalf of Kinga Surma, Ontario’s Minister of Infrastructure, announced $54 million in combined federal and provincial funding to bring high-speed internet access to over 20,000 homes in 83 underserved communities across Ontario.
