NYC – Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, co-hosted a high-level dialogue on the initiative against arbitrary detention in state-to-state relations on the margins of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. Minister Joly co-hosted the dialogue with Arnoldo André Tinoco, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica, Nancy Tembo, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Malawi, and Antony J. Blinken, US Secretary of State.
