BRAMPTON– The City of Brampton and Brampton Fire and Emergency Services recognize Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week from November 1 to 7. Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week focuses on educating the community on carbon monoxide, the odorless, tasteless invisible gas that has the potential to cause great harm. This year’s theme is “What you can’t see, smell or taste CAN kill you!”, and reiterates the importance of working carbon monoxide alarms. Brampton Fire and Emergency Services reminds residents that working carbon monoxide alarms can save your life. Join members of the Brampton Fire and Emergency Services team to learn more about fire safety and the importance of carbon monoxide awareness.
