Brampton is hosting 5th Annual Sponsorship Forum

BRAMPTON –The City of Brampton is hosting its 5th Annual Sponsorship Forum, inviting the local business community to network, listen in on industry-leading speakers and learn more about the City’s sponsorship opportunities. This year’s theme is What Matters: Reaching New Audiences in Our Cultural Mosaic.

The event will take place at the Rose Theatre Main Stage on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, 9-11 am with a hot breakfast starting at 8 am. Registration is required for admission to this free event.
This year, Patrick Brown, Mayor of Brampton, will kick off the event with opening remarks followed by a performance by Darren DeSouza, a curator from the This is Brampton program.
Bobby Sahni, a multicultural marketing industry veteran, partner and co-founder, Ethnicity Matters, will deliver a keynote and moderate a panel with:
  • Maya Kane, Executive Director, Marketing and Communications, CBC
  • Sheldon Kiernan, Director of Brand and Digital Marketing, Toronto Blue Jays
  • Bruce MacDonald, President and CEO, Imagine Canada, and
  • Sharyn Byrne-Nearing, Vice President, Brand, Digital and Product Marketing, Metrolinx.
To close the forum, Gurpartap Singh Toor, Regional Councillor, Wards 9 and 10 and Rowena Santos, Regional Councillor, Wards 1 and 5, Chair and Vice-Chair of Economic Development respectively, will present the Recognition Awards to Top Sponsors in 2023.
