Issue

The space between the bars on the back of the step stool pose an entrapment hazard, where a child’s head can get stuck. As of December 3, 2024, the company has received one report of a child’s head becoming entrapped in the bars of the product in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Qaba Toddler Kitchen Helper 2 Step Stool and contact Aosom Canada for instructions on how to correct the product for continued use.
