Ottawa – Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba resigned ahead of a major government reshuffle. he has been a prominent fixture in Zelensky’s administration and one of the most public-facing, especially dealing with overseas officials. Melanie Joly, Canada’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, said: “Dmytro you’ve been a vigorous voice for and a dear friend to many.
