LA – According to TMZ, Kanye West grabbed and tossed a fan’s cellphone and per Ventura Co District Attorney’s Office shared the phone got slightly damaged. However, as the fan refused to press charges against Kanye, now called Ye, he will not be charged. It so happened that the female fan was recording him from her car. He went there, grabbed her mobile and threw it on the street. A clip shows him asking the paparazzi to stop taking his pictures.
