Celebrate local eats with 2023 Brampton Food Guide

Launch event taking place Saturday, March 25 in Downtown Brampton

Brampton – Explore the culinary wonders within the City of Brampton as the latest Brampton Food Guide is unveiled! The 2023 Brampton Food Guide features local restaurants and markets, local chef favourites, and recommendations from food influencers. Additions include ‘Eat Where the Locals Eat‘, a segment profiling the top ten food spots in Brampton, as chosen by residents. The City asked hundreds of Brampton residents to share their favourite places to get food in Brampton. The top 10 picks include some of the tastiest places across Brampton. New additions include Fanzorelli’s Restaurant and Wine Bar, Hakkalicious, John’s Family Restaurant, Wok of Fame, Gems House of Jerk, Brar’s, Sweet Palace, That Italian Place, Mt. Vesuvio’s Ristorante, and Le Kochi. Brampton is one of Canada’s most diverse cities and its culinary offerings provide a unique experience rich in authentic tastes with flavours from around the globe. All are invited to attend the release of the latest Brampton Food Guide in downtown Brampton at Ken Whillans Square, Wellington Street West, and the City Hall Atrium from 12pm – 9pm on Saturday, March 25. Visit local restaurants featured in the Brampton Food Guide and on-site food trucks, while celebrating alongside a DJ. Children’s activities will be available, in addition to Beyond the Plate Art Walk, and Night Lights – an exhibit where art comes to life on the walls outside of City Hall. Animations will feature artwork from with ten local artists, projected on the City Hall wall facing Wellington St. W. from 6pm – 9pm.
