BRAMPTON – Effective Tuesday September 5, Brampton Transit will implement service changes to ensure its transit system continues to move people around the city safely and effectively.
Service Changes
501 Züm Queen
- Weekday frequency adjusted to:
- AM peak: 10/12 minutes
- Midday: 12 minutes
- PM peak: 15/20 minutes
501C Züm Queen
- Route operates between Bramalea City Centre and York University via Hwy 407
- Weekday frequency adjusted to:
- AM peak:
- Eastbound until 10:45am: 9 minutes
- Westbound until 2:00pm: Approximately 30-36 minutes
- Midday peak:
- Eastbound until approximately 1:30pm: 15 minutes
- Westbound until approximately 1:30pm: 30-36 minutes
- Westbound from approximately 1:30 to 3:00pm: 15 minutes
- PM peak:
- Eastbound from approximately 1:30 to 7:00pm: 30-36 minutes
- Westbound from 3:00 to 7:15pm: 9 minutes

28 Remembrance (NEW Route Name)
- Route 28 Wanless renamed to 28 Remembrance
- Route realignment via Remembrance Drive

- Routing realigned to service McVean Drive, Mayfield Road, Countryside Drive and Bloomsbury Drive
- Squire Ellis Drive to be serviced by additional weekday and new Saturday and Sunday service on Route 50A Gore Road
