Ottawa – François-Philippe Champagne,Minister of Finance of Canada, recently visited Boulet Western Boots, the oldest continuously owned and operated cowboy boots company. He said: “Their workers are simply the best at what they do. Since 1933 all their boots are proudly handmade right here in Canada.“
