Lahore – Pneumonia cases are increasing in Lahore due to smog, dry and cold weather. Most of them are visiting emergency and out-patient departments (OPDs) at the hospitals. It is mostly hitting among elderly people and children. Pakistan is among 13 countries across the globe where pneumonia spreads every year. Doctors recommend antibiotics and it is must to complete the course. If one stops too soon, pneumonia may come back. One should also rest and drink plenty of water.
