The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, and his Advisor for Information, Barrister Saif, had a lengthy meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in Adiala Jail.
Sources claimed that the two-and-a-half-hour meeting focused on negotiations with the establishment, where Ali Amin Gandapur and Barrister Saif successfully convinced Imran Khan.
According to sources, the PTI founder showed partial willingness to accept Ali Amin Gandapur’s proposal. The meeting also covered provincial matters and the ongoing criticism of leadership on social media, along with discussions on reconsidering the policy of confrontation with institutions.
The PTI founder assigned the task of negotiating with the establishment to Ali Amin and Barrister Saif, with an agreement to keep the talks confidential until any progress is made.
Sources added that Ali Amin Gandapur will meet Imran Khan again in the coming days.
