Sally Dennis to represent Canada on World Rugby Council

Ottawa – Rugby Canada board chair Sally Dennis will represent Canada on World Rugby’s Council. She is replacing Dr Pat Parfrey, who is resigning after serving as Canada’s World Rugby representative since 2015.
