Belgium – Melanie Joly, Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister, was in Brussels, Belgium, to attend the Nato Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. There she met with Katrín Gunnarsdóttir, Icelandic Minister for Foreign Affairs , Chairperson of the Liberal Reform Party. She said: “Canada and Iceland, as Arctic nations, remain committed to strengthening cooperation for security and regional stability.”
