BERLIN – Over  300 fencers have written a letter to International Olympic Committee urging it to not allow Russian fencers to compete. The International Fencing Federation said earlier it will allow fencers from Russia and Belarus to compete in next year’s Olympics in Paris as neutral athletes and not carry their national symbols or flags.
