Toronto – Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow interacted with the Tamil community in Toronto. She said the community has dynamic entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals. The community “has established itself as a driving force behind our city’s economic and cultural life. It was an honour to join so many in Scarborough today to mark Tamil Heritage Month,” she said.
