Karachi – The harsh reality is that many of you may have taken a moment out of your day yesterday to commemorate World Cancer Day, and then resumed your daily life. However, resuming daily life is a luxury that children fighting cancer don’t have. The lives of these innocent children have been turned upside down since the time that cancer entered their bodies. They have been robbed of the joys of attending school, going to the playground, and simply having a childhood. Each day, more than 10 children with cancer come to IHHN seeking free treatment, carrying the weight of the financial despair of their families. You may be their only hope. Your contribution gives them the certainty of their next chemotherapy, their only weapon against cancer. Let’s unite and stand against cancer beyond World Cancer Day and give these brave children a second chance at life.
